Data included in a KYE report

KYE is a property-level due diligence pack: location and title context, sales history, detected buildings, soils, terrain, land cover, rainfall, fire, climate history, and production indicators.

Limitations
- A KYE report provides screening information. Legal title searches, surveys and contaminated-land assessments must be confirmed through the relevant authorities and specialists.
- Satellite and modelled layers have resolution and confidence limits. Treat indicators as screening evidence unless independently verified on site.
